We highly recommend you make a reservation at the latest 72 hours before your pick up for Round Trips or for special occasions, your reservation should be made anywhere between 3 months to a year in advance. We can always provide service last minute if there is availability. However, we can never guarantee that something will be available last minute. Use your judgment. Two weeks ahead is also a great basis for reserving a Limo.
We accept your reservation several months in advance. As soon as you know all the pertinent details, at least the date and time of your travel, special event just call or e-mail us. However we are the largest, most diversified operator of premium, late model equipment and have many options for our clients. Payment arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.
Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal as you exit the secure area from your arriving gate, holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office right away and we will assist you immediately. Failure to call will result in a full charge/no-show.
If you request an outside pick-up, just call us after you have picked up your luggage and are heading outside. Our customer service will direct you to go outside to meet your driver.
In order to book, you must call our office. Have a credit or Debit card ready. All cards are accepted. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on all reservations. We provide all of our customers with a detailed contract of their reservation.
